Simplicity, SOPs and consistency will be always enough to tackle 99% of projects successfuly.
This is the case for SaaS lead generation projects as well.
Traffic attraction and authority building assets like social media profiles should be one of the recurring type of tasks to sort out in the very beginning.
Even without any plans for publishing content regularly on each social media channel it’s still advisable to have profiles on as much platforms as possible. The basic list should include:
- Intagram
- Youtube
After an appropriate set up, next in line is (1) creating/curating the content and (2) scheduling posts.
Setting up have its own specifics and this is the first opportunity to underestimate something and loose points for things like: poor cover images, poor descriptions, no logo etc. To speed up the process it really helps having all the company info and descriptions in a document prepared in advance.
Creating/curating content should be done according to highest standards meaning:
- it should include all relevant types of content – clients testimonials, work in progress live images, pure content adding value, raising curiosity, selling
- quality of the content should be 7 and above out of 10 using the V.R.I.N. KPI.
Scheduling posts should be done with an appropriate software. There are possibly hundreds of them nowadays.
I used Gramto last time when I needed to set this up and had to manage it regularly.
